Head chef Stephen Raisis,  joined Knife & Fork Food as a

 

trainee Commis chef six years ago and has worked his way up

 

to taking overall responsibility for the Woods kitchen.

            

 

Our Restaurant Manager is Francois Commeureuc, again an employee

 

who has worked his way up from the position of waiter, barely able to

 

speak english. A charming, confident manager, adored by our

 

customers.
