I joined Knife & Fork at the age of 24 as barman/waiter and since then have learned so much from brilliant mentors that exist within the Company. From their guidance and training, combined with hard work and perseverance, I have now progressed through the ranks to the position of General Manager.

Serving all my wonderful customers
Taking inexperienced staff members and building them up to be supervisors and beyond.
Never stopping learning

Best 3 things about life
Spending time with all my loved ones
Teaching my nephew to be good at football (like me)
And of course, fantastic food

A toss up between Joe Rogan and Arsene Wenger.

Last supper
I would omit the starter in order to have a double pudding! My main course would be burnt ends and brisket, courtesy of Hang Fire BBQ. This would be followed by Terry’s chocolate orange cheesecake and then a bowl of mint choc chip ice cream (definitely not served not together)
