The Knife & Fork team love food and put everything into their work so that you love it as much as they do.
The Directors of Knife & Fork Food Ltd are Sharon Noakes, Sean Murphy & Serge Luceau. Stefan Nilsson is the Executive Chef and Julie Bannon the Financial Controller, making up the senior team.
Sharon’s career path prior to joining Knife & Fork Food was in senior fashion retail management positions, working for companies such as Harrods and Next, overseeing sales and people performance. Her responsibilities within Knife & Fork include HR, Marketing and PR and the overall aesthetics of the business.
Having worked with Gordon Ramsey and Paul Rankin among many, Managing Director Sean has benefitted from great tuition to become a highly accomplished chef. His strong influence and experience in the kitchens has ensured that we can proudly claim everything is cooked on site by our chefs in the kitchens. (The only exception is our bread, because our local baker bakes it better). Since moving to the role of Managing Director, Sean has been able to expand his skills further in order to concentrate on developing the overall business and its people.
Born into and literally raised in the French restaurant trade, in a family of restaurateurs, Serge has brought with him his vast experience of customer service and training, and a vast knowledge of wines & spirits. His absolute passion for the company’s ethos and excellent customer service and high standards, is never in question. Since his appointment to Operations Director he still never loses sight of the customer experience.
Senior Chef, Stefan, now based at The Sully Inn has run most of the group’s kitchens as Head Chef and previously has earned his Chef’s stripes in some of Europe’s finest Michelin starred restaurants. He has a passion for food like no other, and continually experiments with flavours and ingredients to produce something just that bit unusual.
