I have worked  in the catering and hospitality industry all my life, I am passionate about food, drink and creating memorable experiences for customers. I started my career training as a pastry chef in Paris but I soon discovered I preferred working front of house and I have since worked in Dublin , London and the south of France before settling in Wales.
