I was born in a restaurant, so I’ve worked from a very young age in this business. After getting a degree in Economic Science in France, I opened my first pub in France at 21 years old and worked in various different styles of eateries from then on. I moved to Cardiff in 2008 to learn English and joined Knife & Fork Food as a waiter.
